The Essence of Panama show is inclusive of:

- Three days of prescheduled one-to-one meetings with choices of preference.
- Our second “Master Designers and Crafters” Conference on Monday afternoon. Theme to be announced.
- “By the seaside Gala” on Monday night - new themed format to be announced.
- The famous themed Serandiparty on Thursday night. Theme to be announced.
- “Idolon” award ceremony
- Transportation from the Airport on Sunday and Monday morning, and back on Friday.
- Four hotel nights starting on Monday evening.
- Lunches from Tuesday to Thursday and dinners on Monday and Thursday. Coffee breaks from Monday to Thursday.

Please note that two dinners are excluded, on Tuesday and Wednesday so Partners can privately host their favourite Travel Designers.

ALL DAY Arrival at Panama Tocumen International Airport (PTY).
Included: Transfer from PTY airport to your hotel.
Not included: night at the hotel. You will have to liaise with your hotel to book and pay your extra night. Special rate available.
Monday, May 12th
MORNING Arrival at Panama Tocumen International Airport (PTY). Included: Transfer from PTY airport to your hotel.
Afternoon Badge accreditation at Panama Convention Center.
Afternoon “Master Designers and Crafters” Conference. Theme to be announced.
Evening “By the seaside Gala” & “Idolon” award ceremony at Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo.
