Essence of Panama is all inclusive*:

- Three days of prescheduled one-to-one meetings with choices of preference.
- Our second “Master Designers and Crafters” Conference on Monday afternoon. Theme to be announced.
- Cocktail dinner on Monday - new themed format to be announced.
- The famous themed “Serandiparty” on Thursday night. Theme to be announced.
- “Idolon” award ceremony
- Transportation from the Airport on Sunday and Monday morning, and back on Friday.
- Four hotel nights starting on Monday evening.
- Lunches from Tuesday to Thursday and dinners on Monday and Thursday. Coffee breaks from Monday to Thursday.

*Please note that only two dinners are excluded, on Tuesday and Wednesday so Partners can privately host their favourite Travel Designers.
